John Collins is a lawyer and government employee. At the time he accumulated these documents he was a fireman employed on the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad out of Buffalo, N.Y. and a law student. New York railroad formed by the merger of the Erie Railroad with the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad on Oct. 17, 1960.
